Meg Stenman has been in education since college. She graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in elementary education and got her master’s in education about 15 years ago. When her children were young, she shifted from elementary school to preschool and instantly fell in love with all things preschool. After teaching for a few years, Meg went back to school to earn her degree in Early Childhood Education. She was the director at Lord of the Hills Christian Preschool in Centennial for 17 years and spent 2 years as the director for My School Preschool in Greenwood Village. She really missed the Christian atmosphere and was thrilled when the position at Ascension Lutheran Preschool opened up.

Melina Quintana is the lead teacher for the pre- kindergarten class. She is so excited for this upcoming year! Fall is her favorite season. Of course part of it is because of her birthday, but she absolutely loves Halloween! Her hobbies include reading and drinking way too much coffee. She has always been in childcare as she has been babysitting since she was 14. She has many children in her close family, so she is constantly surrounded by the love of young minds. She never strayed from her goal of being a teacher; she started taking college classes in high school so she can be prepared! She recently completed her schooling and gained her lead teacher certification. She is so excited to get to know all of your children!
